Your Pilates journey begins by developing awareness. You'll learn how to breathe, connect to your core, improve alignment, and recognize compensations that may be contributing to discomfort or inefficiency.
Once you understand the fundamentals, we begin refining how your body moves.
You'll develop the ability to stabilize, control, and coordinate movement through your entire body rather than relying on momentum or compensation patterns.
2. Build Control
Using the reformer, towers, springs, and bodyweight resistance, you'll develop strength throughout your entire kinetic chain while maintaining the precision established in earlier phases.
